Ordering

  • Making changes to your order is possible but not always guaranteed, depending on the phase your order is in.

    If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

  • Depending on our current workload, we may be able to expedite your order for an additional fee. If you need to have your order expedited, please contact us directly prior to checking out.

  • Since all our furniture is made-to-order, we do not offer exchanges.

  • We’re sad to hear that! If you really need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. If you need to cancel your order after 24 hours of ordering but before it has shipped, you will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.

  • Yes! We love to work with interior designers, architects, and real estate agents to help provide their clients with quality furniture.

    Additionally, we offer exclusive discounts to those working in the trade. Please fill out the form to register for our trade program and to receive a complimentary swatch kit to show your clients.

  • Since all our furniture is made-to-order, all orders will be charged in full when placed. This allows us to then source materials for your order.

  • You have 90 days after delivery to return an item in its original condition.

Shipping

  • We currently deliver to the lower 48 states directly through our website.

    If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally and would like to place an order, please contact us directly for an estimated cost, which would include international shipping.

  • Free! Our shipping partners will deliver your order and place your furniture exactly where you want it in your space. Afterwards, they will remove any and all packaging, leaving you with no mess.

  • Since our furniture is made-to-order, please allow up to 12 weeks for production and roughly an additional week for delivery. Please contact us directly if you need your order expedited prior to checking out.

  • Once your order is on its way, it can take a few days for tracking to be generated with our shipping partners. As soon as the tracking information is available, it will be emailed to you.

  • Please ensure the furniture ordered will fit through any door openings or walkways in your space prior to ordering.

    On the day of your delivery, please ensure there is a clear path for our shipping partners to move and place your items in place.

  • Yes! Most of our furniture will come fully assembled. However, some of our larger items may be in a few pieces. If assembly is required, our shipping partners will assemble everything for you within about 10 minutes for no additional charge.

Our Process

  • All of our furniture is 100% original and designed in-house by our founder, Logan Blankenship.

  • All of our furniture is made-to-order entirely in our studio located in Cincinnati, OH.

  • We use a natural, VOC-free hardwax oil on all our furniture to enhance the natural beauty of the wood.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • In most cases, wiping down your furniture with a lightly damp cloth and then drying it with a clean cloth will do the job.

    If you’re needing to clean a little more aggressively, we recommend using this soap, which is made by the same manufacturer as our finishes. Simply mix the soap in a spray bottle with water according to the instructions provided, and you’re good to go!

    We strongly advise against using any other furniture polishes or cleaners other than the one we recommend above, as they may wear or damage the furniture’s finish. We cannot warranty any damages due to using improper cleaners.

  • Under general use, the finish on our furniture should be nearly maintenance-free.

    After a few years, if you decide you want to refresh your furniture, we recommend this maintenance oil, which comes from the same manufacturer as our finishes. Simply wipe on the oil, then gently buff it off. After a few hours, the oil should have dried, leaving your furniture looking brand new again.

Damages & Warranty Claims

  • Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. All of our furniture is photographed and inspected for quality prior to shipping.

    Our shipping partners are highly regarded for quality and care when moving items. However, we understand that sometimes things just happen. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately after receiving it.

  • Yes! All of our furniture includes a limited lifetime warranty.
